Cannot see subscriptions in my account

Hi Roger, I apologize for the inconvenience caused. You will be able to view your Subscription (AVG Anti-Virus) in the "Products" tab in the left of "Subscription" tab in AVG MyAccount. Thank you.

Trying to install.  reached MyAccount and got message that no subscriptions for this account.
I can acces the invoice and My account shows AVG Virus on  it
What do I do to complete the installation???
