If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.
However, upon checking your account, we're unable to find any AVG Secure VPN subscription.
My email provider BT have updated their webmail and I cannot send emails. They have said it is due to VTN protection via AVG and to switch it off. I THINK I have done this but I still cannot send eamils.
Hi do that and the reapir, enabled the shield but still not working. Getting same message.

Would you be so kind to clarify whether the Email shield is still disabled in order to send emails?
If so, please re-enable it & try repairing the AVG program once to check if it allows you to send emails.
