I see that you have paid for AVG TuneUp - Unlimited Devices 12 Months subscription on 25th December 2017 but there is a synchronization issue with the product, hence the order is not yet completed.

Paid for service, cannot download paid version, and cannot get the infor needed , cannot lot in but have paid for this service, show only the 30 day trial… my credit card has been charged
