Cannot transfer account number to new laptop

got a new laptop and it does not accept the right key from my invoice?
Any tis/tricks?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. I have sent an email with the instructions to activate your AVG products with the license number. Also, please confirm if you are unable to see your subscriptions under AVG Myaccount Subscription tab.

If so, please take a screenshot http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot of your Myaccount displays your registered email address at the top of the page. I will escalate the case to our concern team to fix the issue with AVG Myaccount.
