Cannot transfer AVG Upgrade purchase to new phone

I purchased AVG Protection and paid for the upgrade in August. I received a new phone and transferred everything across mid-august. Now that the trial has expired I cannot seem to be able to transfer my upgrade purchases to my new phone. I've already paid for it.
