Hi

I've just bought an annual subscription for AVG Secure VPN and installed the Android app on my Samsung S8. When I click the button to turn it on, it switches itself back off almost immediately. Changing the optimal location makes no difference. As recommended elsewhere, I have ensured Power Saving is disabled on the phone but this also makes no difference.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?
