Cannot uninstall AVG Free on Win 10

We appreciate your efforts. Let us know the version of AVG you have installed. Have you used our AVG Clear tool to uninstall AVG?

Download and run AVG Clear tool: https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG2017/AVG_Clear.exe. This tool will help with removing antivirus component of AVG 2017 and its traces.

1.Open tool
2.User Account control - click "Yes"
3.Windows safe mode - click "No" (we cannot recommend use the tool in safe mode, because there is a problem with compatibility)
4.Choose installed version (AVG Free, AVG Internet Security)
5.Click "Uninstall"
6.Click "Restart computer"

After restart, run AVG Remover http://avgclick.me/UninstallAVGAV and remove all other supported products and remnants of AVG (ZEN, Framework).

If the issue persists, click on Answer & then click on the Image [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions to attach the screenshot. Thank you!

I have tried everything I know to uninstall AVG and nothing works. The AVG Remover doesn't work and trying through the control panel doesn't work either. I have 5 different screen caps taken during my attempts but there doesn't seem to be a way to attach them here. Booting into safe mode doesn't work. I don't like the fact that my computer has been HIJACKED by AVG. Also I cannot find an email address to support where I can provide details and screen caps. HELP !
