In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output (run it after inducing described behavior) using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.

I have tried every solution possible. I cant even re-install it now? keeps saying there is an error. and believe it or not this has caused me so many problems. there are games that I play online and it wont let me even log into them now ever since avg started s******g up. I have called the tech support group and they still will not help me out since I didnt buy there product. I just want to know what the error code is and how to uninstall it off my pc. thats all

I'am currently having a world of trouble trying to uninstall avg off my pc. I downloaded the free version and now it will not let me remove it from my computer. I have had zero help from any support team. Pretty much tell me I have to buy the product before they will help me. Well why would I buy the product if i cant even do what I want with it? lol. Everytime I try to uninstall it, it says it fails and its due to not having permission to do so. the error code is:0xc0070643. the message says as follows. "Error message: General internal error. Additional message: The removal of the product failed. @avgmsi_error1921. Service 'avg firewall' (avgfws) could not be stopped. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to stop system services. (0xc0070781). context: Uninstallation of AVG, MSI action Failed. Can anyone please please help me with this…
