Hi Pandi and Alan, I just attached the image, let me know if OK?
Just some further info for you.
I have been using the free version of AVG for years without incident. I recently decided I wanted a higher degree of protection so I have been looking at reviews of providers etc. I also decided to look at the features available with the free version I have with AVG.
One of these was Tune up. I run it and all seemed fine at first but then lots of things started to happen e.g. I can no longer open Google Chrome and another user on my laptop lost all of its profile information?
I could not get around this so I tried to uninstall AVG, the main antivirus uninstalled OK but not the Tune up software. I then reinstalled AVG (to make sure I still had protection).
I then did a system restore to 28th April 2017, this resolved the issue of the second users profile but I still cannot open Chrome. I tried again to remove AVG (including the remover tool) but the Tune up software will not go.
As things stand now I once again installed AVG free software and contacted the forum for help.

I followed your link but was advised that there is NO support for people using the free version.
I have some questions.
Why did you not explain this, it was a complete waste of my time?
Why is AVG allowing a clearly faulty product to be avaiable to customers who will receive absolutely NO support when it causes major issues on their equipment.
Why are you still allowing any downloads of Tune up when its clearly not working, you only have to conduct a search of the internet to see that there are 100's of people (maybe 1000's) who have experienced the same problem.
I wish I had done some more reserach before I run Tune up but I naively never expected the problems I have encountered and certainly never expected to be left in a mess with no supprt whatsoever from AVG.
