I canot find the solution to my problem on any of the help pages, nor can I find an email contact. I cannot uninstall the free version of AVG from my computer to install the purchased version. Every time a threat is detected, and I try to “fix it”, it tells me to purchase a subscription, but I already have one, I simply cannot activate it. Please help!
