I recently downloaded the free version of antivirus on Mac. Its an incomplete download that I cancelled and I tried to remove it completely but I have a remnant that will not delete. I tried to install it correctly a second time but it will not allow me to do so without removing the first one. I am stuck right now with not being able to fix it at all
