Cannot Uninstall or Update

I am unable to uninstall or update my AVG. I got the following error code, 0xe001f90f, and followed the instructions to get the uninstall tool. It did nothing. Now i'm getting error code 0xe0010002 and its telling me the exact same things. can someone help me get avg off my computer

  1. Click CONTINUE to agree with AVG’s license agreement and privacy policy.
    11. Select the installed version of AVG.
    12. Click Remove, then click Restart to restart your PC.
    13. After restart click Run in the Open file – Security Warning dialog and allow AVG Remover to remove any residual files.
    14. Restart your PC again.
    15. Once uninstalled, install AVG again. Download and install it from http://www.avg.com/us-en/download.

1. Download and run the AVG Clear tool : https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG2017/AVG_Clear.exe. This tool helps remove AVG 2017 and its residual files.
2. Open the AVG Clear tool.
3. Click Yes in the User Account control dialog.
4. Click No in the Windows safe mode dialog.
5. Select the installed version of AVG.
6. Click Uninstall, then click Restart computer.
7. After restart, download and run AVG Remover http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to remove all AVG products.
8. Open AVG_Remover.exe.
9. Click Yes in the User Account control dialog.
