Cannot uninstall the free avg

Yes I have tried to use the AVG clear tool and the tool says that there are no AVG programs on my computer to remove. Which is wrong as there is an AVG program still on my computer. Currently I have AVG antivirus and AVG internet security.

Thank you for the quick response. However I have already tried the methods you sugested in the response you posted to my post. They didn't work. AVG remover does not recognize that I have an AVG product on my computer. Also re-installing the free AVG did not work. Yet I still get notifications that AVG has scanned my computer and the potential of a virus or multiple viruses on my computer.

I have been trying to uninstall the free AVG program and nothing seems to work. I keep getting the error codes 0xc000012f and 0xe001f949. I tried to reinstall the AVG free program to uninstall it however I cannot download the program. I am almost at my wits end. Can someone please help me?

Christopher,
Thank you for trying our suggestions. Did you also run AVG Clear tool to remove traces of AVG failed installation completely?
