It is AVG protection and avg web tune up. Really messing with my other security system. Had AVG in remote on my computer for 4 hours twice and they could not remove.

May I know which AVG program are you trying to uninstall? Please try to run AVG Clear and AVG Remover tools as suggested in this article to remove AVG.
