Hi I am getting a popup message asking me to update my AVG VPN but each time i try i get an error message - Cannot get icarus files. ERROR CODE 44002.

Sometimes, this might happen if the firewall is blocking the connection.
Please try updating after disabling AVG firewall & check if it helps.
To disable firewall : Open AVG Internet Security - Menu - Settings - Basic protection (in left pane) - Firewall - click on toggle bar beside it to disable it temporarily.
