Cannot update Windows -AVG needs my attention

AVG is blocking my Windows update, saying "AVG needs my attention"

I have tried to

  • Uninstall AVG
  • Run AVGClean
  • Run AVG Remover
  • Re-installed AVG free 2019
  • uninstalled AVG free 2019

Still no success. How can I clean that up?
