Canon EOS - Firewall

We're glad to look into this & help you. Let us attempt to modify few Firewall settings on your computer.
To do so : Open AVG Internet Security - Menu - Settings - Full protection - Enhanced firewall - Enable 'Internet connection sharing mode'.
Then click on System rules (in the same page) to enable 'Allow windows file & printer sharing, remote desktop connections'.
Please try the above step & let us know if it helps.

Now 2019. Still not solved this problem. Though using AVG-Pro and Windows 10 (last version) still Firewall will not alove Canon Utility. Exceptions in AVG done. What to do?
