Hi Hariharkumar, I have added my canon utilities to the exception list and unfortuntely this has not worked. Ive tried with a few of the components of Canon Utilities, ie live shoot, image download etc and they are all subject to AVG refusing to let them run.

As per my topic, I have to disable AVG to allow my Canon Camera download program to run. I have used the same program for many years it appears that since the last update this problem has occured. 



How can I solve this issue?

Hi Glynne, I will help you resolve the issue, could you please try to add the Canon Utility to AVG exception list and check if that works.
