Dear Sur, / Madam/ After several contacts by e-mail about my canselling my Licence  have received from you aoffice  by e-mail  28-05 -2019  that   my money € 109,99 wilbe refoun in between 7 working days . but till now nothing received pls let me know when i can receiv this amount on my bank account .
