Can't accept the End User Agreement

I had to uninstall AVG because it simply doesn't acknowledge that I click the "Accept" button. I installed Avast, and just… no. Awful. Terrible program. I uninstalled that, reinstalled AVG and I still cannt hit the "Accept" button. It just doesn't seem to register with the program. Hovering over the Accept button with the mouse alters the pointer to a clickible finger. Clicking on it does NOTHING. It also acknowledges when I hover over other links and buttons, but doesn't register the clicks. (Except those leading to web links) So I'm stuck looking at this screen with no escape: Imgur: The magic of the Internet

Tried that. Also used TAB key to tab down to it. Space bar nor enter key have any effect.

Hello Nunya, sorry for the inconvenience caused. I would request you to try hitting "SPACE BAR" of your keyboard when you have that Accept window. If that doesn't work then please do let us know. Thank you.
