I cannot access my AVG settings at all even when I enter a new password after changing it, it will say the password as incorrect. Any way around this?

We regret the inconveinence caused.
We would like to clarify that, the password to access settings in AVG Internet Security and AVG My account password are different.
Since the password is not working, we need to restart the PC in safe mode and run AVG Clear using the below link then check the issue.
