Please click on 'See details' in the threat notification that you receive from AVG & then share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.
Also, clarify whether the webmail is blocked in a specific browser or irrespective of browsers.

I am unable to access my online email.  I get a message saying
"We've safely aborted connection with … since it is infected with URL Phishing"
with error d7e21bcdfd03/2022-07-30T13:19:18.343Z

I need to access to my emails, not sure how to do so.  Thanks!
