Can't access links

Hello Sandy,
Regret to hear about the inconvenience caused. Did the issue start right after you done the Tuneup? Please follow the instructions below to restore the changes made by the AVG PC TuneUp program :
1. Open AVG PC TuneUp program.
2. Click on the Rescue Center on the right bottom corner.
3. Click on Undo Changes.
4. Select and restore the changes made by the AVG PC TuneUp program.

Did tune-up etc.  Now I cannot access any links in Chrome.  Screen comes up blank with a sad face and Untitled on the tab… Had to go to Explorer to log in here.  Think I did something with firewall but can't even get into settings in Chrome.
