Open AVG program - click on refresh icon beside virus definitions, at bottom left corner - Restart computer after successful update & check.

There are some sites I need to access (my healthcare and some financial sites) but whenever I attempt to log in on my PC, I receive an error message that "something went wrong" often advising me to reset or choose another browser, I use Chrome. I have tried doing these things, but same results. I have no trouble accessing these sites on my phone or on my laptop which is also AVG protected. What do I need to do to access them on my PC?
