Hi All,
We installed AVG on all our platforms but now have a problem accessing the below link. It is a government website and hence should be accessible to all registered companies, which we are. Initially, it opened up but then there was a threat, which prevented us from accessing the website.
Hence, we put the address on the exception list and in subsequent visits, the page did not load at all. Apparently, a timeout is no preventing us from accessing it.
https://giccs.gcnetghana.com/
We have put this and similar addresses in the exception list in the AVG program but the website remains unavailable to us.
We would be entirely grateful if we could get some idea of how to access this page.
Many thanks in advance
Mark
