We regret the inconvenience this has caused you.
Firstly, please change the location/server of your AVG Secure VPN to one of the Streaming/Torrenting servers & check if the issue persists.
Secondly, change the VPN protocol of your AVG Secure VPN to either Mimic or OpenVPN & check the status.
To change the VPN protocol, open AVG Secure VPN > Menu > Settings > Experimental > Choose VPN protocol.

Wish I'd never seen VPN.  Installed it the other night and it is a nightmare.  Can't access lots of websites without going out of it.  What a mess.
