We have disabled the AVG Zen interface, it will removed completely in the future update.
I use AVG TuneUp and it has worked beautifully for several years, but not since the latest renewal. It now says I have to purchase it to use the features I previously had full access to, and claims that I have a trial version even though I – according to both my bank account and AVG MyAccount – already have paid for it (subscription; next billing date: January 30, 2020).
I found some instructions saying I should use Zen Dashboard to activate it, but my Zen has suddenly disappeared and clicking the Go to Zen button on the TuneUp dashboard has no effect.
So … what should I do to get what I paid for?
