Cant activate avg tuneup

You have three active subscriptions AVG PC TuneUp 1 computer valid until 2019.9.22, AVG Internet Security - Unlimited valid until 2019.4.4 and AVG TuneUp - Unlimited valid until 2019.3.14.
Since you already have AVG TuneUp - Unlimited, there is no need for AVG PC TuneUp 1 computer. You can receive a refund for the recent AVG PC TuneUp order or we can merge your both AVG TuneUp programs to AVG TuneUp - Unlimited.
It seems you have installed AVG TuneUp - Unlimited recently on your computer, which is why you're unable to install AVG PC TuneUp, please go to control panel > program and feature to confirm it.

Tuneup loads onto PC but won't open get message "You have AVG Product on your PC that is INCOMPATIBLE with the one you are trying to install. Keep getting emails reminding me to ACTIVATE my product but nothing works. Tried putting the Key No. that was attached to email in box but got message "invalid Key No." Tried to cancel subscription but even that doesn't work. Keep going onto "Help" pages and get an error code. Starting to think AVG is not worth the effort.
