Can't activate AVG Ultimate on other device

I can't activate AVG Ultimate on my second laptop. Every time I log in to my account in subscription panel there is nothing listed there. But I have my subscription mentioned in My Order History. AVG is asking me for the licence number, but I don't have it, as I understand it should activate after login myself into the AVG account.
