Cant activate AVG Ultimate

Me also have tried drop query in AVG support, unfortunately the page keep on loading and nothing happened. Please advise when this issue can be fixed, and how the mechanism to activate?

We are aware of this issue and our development team is working on a fix. The issue will be fixed soon. Your patience is much appreciated in this matter. Once the issue will be fixed, you will be able to activate AVG Ultimate on your Windows computers and Android devices.

I just purchased AVG Ultimate but still cant activated, the instruction guided me only to sign in with my AVG account and the software will be unlocked. Until now i still have same free features like free version, eventhough i have logged in and out several times. This thing also happen to the mobile version.

Need your assistance. Thanks

We have already reported AVG Ultimate activation issues to our development team, they are working hard to fix this issue at earliest. Once the bug will be fixed, you will be able activate AVG Ultimate on your Windows computer.

Thank you Alok for this answer. I also have AVG Ultimate and since last update all my computers have issues with AVG Internet Security and AVG PC Tuneup stuck in trial mode asking me to purchase software again.

I spent more than 4 hours last night to uninstall using AVG_Clear/AVG_Remover on three of my PC's and reinstall using AVG_Ultimate_761.exe, AVG_Ultimate_1827.exe and the offline installer all with same result of giving me trial software.

Now I understand the matter, but there should be better information regarding issues like this for paying customers. If you would have an email system that sends email to your customers registred account about issues, or at least having some information available when you log in to "my account" there would be no missunderstanding and hours of wasted time reinstalling software without reason. Thank you.
