Hi Joseph,
We're glad to look into this & help you.
Sometimes, this might happen if the program is unable to communicate with our server.
However, we've manually re-synchronized your license with the account. Please try to activate the program using the code that has been sent to you via email.
The code sent is the wallet key. It is the new licensing system, which allows us to activate all the subscriptions in your account.
I recently renewed my subscriptions to AVG Internet Security(Multi-Device) and AVG PC Tuneup(Multi-Device). When I go to activate the products using the activate code, the box turns red and says "Sorry, Something went wrong". When I try to login to my AVG account to get the subscriptions, it allows me to login but getting my subscriptions displays again "Sorry, Something went wrong...". Hitting Try Again appears to do nothing.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled using AVG Remover/Clear several times in an attempt to fix this. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with my activation code being the same for both AVG Internet Security(Multi-Device) and AVG PC Tuneup(Multi-Device). Furthermore in addition to the previous subscriptions I have an additional subscription(PC Tuneup) which is cancelled and also has the same activation code.
The subscription works on my Windows 10 Machine. It doesn't work on my Windows 7 Machine.
Any Ideas on how to fix?
I just tried to do the activation using the wallet code you sent me, but I am still getting the same behavior as before.
Thanks for checking, Joseph.
