Can't activate my AVG TuneUP

I keep getting the message that I can't activate because my code is  not correct.  I have printed my subscription and have 2 different papers.  One says I am paid for 1 year until September 6, 2020 and the other says I am paid until October 6 2020.  Both use the activation code (code removed).
So now I wonder if I have a paid for 2 subscriptions, which neither works.  I just want one of them to work, I don't care which at this point.  Please advise.
