Can't activate my paid account

paid for service and i have a receipt but cant activate it in my trial vers.

Are you referring to the activation of AVG Secure VPN product?
If so, refer this article and follow the steps mentioned for "activation code".
If you have already logged in using AVG my account credentials, then click on "Log out" and then follow the steps mentioned for the code.
We have sent the code to you via email. If it is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
