There seems to be no way to reactivate my subscription. The key I recently purchased is already mentioned in my AVG antitrack app (I use Windows 11 on my laptop) with an end date of December 21, 2021. However, when I log on to my AVG account on the website it states that I have not activated my account yet and that this same key I purchased is valid up to November 23, 2023. I deinstalled and reinstalled the AVG antitrack app numerous times, but I do not get an option to enter the new key, it just shows that it has already been used and that it will expire within 2 days. How can I solve this problem and reactivate my subscription?
