Hello Charlotte,
I understand the inconvenience.
In the latest 17.9 version release, few made few changes in which My subscriptions options was moved under "My AVG" option.
Open AVG Antivirus free, click on "My AVG–>My subscriptions–>Enter license"

Sorry perhaps I was not clear. I have installed AVG Internet Security as you advised above. Only then did I go for the PC Tuneup.
If I uninstall Internet Security, will I get it back again after installing the Tuneup? I have paid for 2 years and don't want to lose it. Grateful for your patience with my queries.
I understand your concern but you can try installing the trial of AVG PC TuneUp and you will get the same number of days left over for trial.
Please proceed to uninstall the trial of PC TuneUp and install AVG Internet Security first.
Keep us informed about the status.
Thank you for checking.
I request you to provide the (screenshot) of AVG my subscriptions window to proceed further.
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
Thank you!! The new license number was accepted.
Moving on to clean up my laptop has raised another glitch as you will see from the picture. I do not want to Uninstall the programme after all the trouble I had installing it! I had accepted a 30 day free trial of the clean-up programme but it does not want me to take part. Any advice, if you have time to consider this one. Thank you.
