I just got AVE TuneUp Premium. I used to have AntiVirus and it was about to expire so I decided to get a different subscription this time. I uninstalled the AntiVIrus then downloaded the TuneUp. Every time I put in the activation code it tells me to "Please make sure you are connected to the internet." I AM CONNECTED. I have tried everything. Reinstall etc. Help.
