I've tried contacting support chat but that didn't work. So I'll try here instead.
I've just bought two years subscription for AVG Performance PRO. The problem I'm having is that I can't seem to activate it for my PC. It says I haven't bought it and suggests I upgrade to PRO. On my account, however, I can find the invoice as proof of purchase. I also have bank statements and mails to prove the purchase.
Where has my product gone?
Thanks for the answer, but I don't think I explained my problem accurately. The problem isn't really activating the product - it's disappeared from my account! It's as if I don't have Performance PRO. In my order history it says I've purchased Performance PRO for two years. In the "my subscriptions" tab, it says I don't have it.
