Can't activate product

I have paid for this security service since May 2020, it is now the middle of July and I still can't activate it. I have followed all the instructions, I have done it correctly, it just keeps me going in a circle and never activates. Looking for some help other than a community board, but this is as far as I get with getting tech support from the company. Seriously not happy about the money I invested in this and can't use it.
