Can't activate protection

Hello, I'm having this trouble: everytime my PC goes on, and enter to AVG, it tells me that AVG isn't activated and when I click to "repair" it doesn't do anything. What can I do? I've already run the complete antivirus to check for them, and reinstalled the program and the problem persists.
