Can't add avg internet protection on other machines

I purchased AVG Internet on my desktop but it is not showing on my account so I can load it on my laptop. How do I add it to my other computers (show up to 10 computers).

However, upon checking your account, we're unable to find any subscription. It might be registered under your alternate/old email address.
In order to review, manage AVG licenses, we need to use the registered email address to access AVG account.
