Are you checking the email through email client like Outlook?
We recommend to check for AVG email only by logging into email account from a browser and not from an email client.
Please check for the invitation email on all of the folders like, spam, junk etc.
I cannot add a machine to my AVG ZEN. The PC neverr receives the email. If I use my Admin email and log on the pc it receive it but that ties to the existing machine which I don't want to do.
