Can't add my Android to my Pro Account

Hello Jon,

Could you please confirm whether you have followed the below mentioned instructions and logged into your AVG my account?

1) Open one of the AVG apps on the device.
2) Enter your AVG MyAccount email address and password.
Note: You may need to tap Log in in the app to show the login screen.
3) Tap the Log in button.
4) Your device will appear in your AVG Zen app, and you will be able to view the status of all AVG apps on the device.

I bought a pro account and added my phone to the account…but it still is running the free version and I get persistent "upgrade" (ie buy) AVG pro for the phone. What gives?
