Can't assess AVG

I have had AVG help with screenshots, the help didn't work…

Maybe you may recognise the problems I have been having, my thread appears under "General Discussion" like yours. The problems I have had came along with the irritating AVG pop ups , please view this thread to see you are not alone, but you may not get any help from AVG.

If you have any other security software installed in the computer, please remove it. Also, let us know the version of AVG you are using in your computer. Thank you.

When I click on AVG, I get an error message…This app has been blocked for your protection…then it says…An administrator has blocked you from running this app.?  I have tried a lot of solutions and now am so frustrated because nothing worked!  I am hoping someone here can help me please and thank You!  If You need to send me an email, my address is…(Email address deleted)

You can use the windows snipping tool in Windows 10 to take a screenshot. Click on Start > All Programs > Windows Accessories > Snipping Tool. To use the Snipping tool, open it and click New to begin the screenshot process. The default snip type is a rectangular snip – you'll use your mouse to crop a rectangular part of your screen for capture. You can also take free-form, window, and full-screen snips with the Snipping Tool.

The Snipping Tool does not automatically save your screenshots – you will need to manually save them in the tool before you exit. It does automatically copy your captures to the clipboard.

Since the Recent Update of AVG this is apparent…

Am unable to take a screen shot.  I have Gadwin Print Screen and also tried Your Print Screen instructions.  Niether worked?  I am running Windows 10.
