Can't boot avgidsha.sys/classpnp.sys problem

Hi Chia,
If renaming AVG drivers etc didn't help that this issue is not connected to AVG, for help on this please try contact Microsofts support.

Hi, I can't boot my laptop. It was hanging on avgidsha.sys in Safe Mode. I followed avg's instructions, making an AVG Rescue CD and renaming all the avg…sys files as .old in the windows/system32/drivers. Now it hangs on classpnp.sys.

What do I do next? Thanks for your help.
