Hi, same problem for me and none of the 9 booting options it gives me seems to work. It keeps saying me critical driver is missing: File: \WINDOWS\stsem32\drivers\avgRvrt.sys
error code of 0cx000007B

please this is urgent. I have the same error as them i tried rebooting into safe mode with networking however it doesn't seem to work. I really need to use my computer!

Hello,

After trying to install I can't boot up my computer at all! I have tried everything I can find on boot loops etc for windows 10, I have tried the AVG rescue cd and all the tips on the site and nothing works!

When I try to boot I get the following error messages that a critical driver is missing: File: \WINDOWS\stsem32\drivers\avgRvrt.sys and an error code of 0cx000007B

My computer is now unusable and I am pretty annoyed at having a broken pc after installing one of your products.

Can you offer any help?

Many thanks

Hello Alexander,
We regret for the inconvenience caused. Upon checking your screenshot, it seems that you have got an option to press F8 to go to startup settings. So please press F8 and check if there is an option to go to 'Safe mode with Networking'.
