Initially, please clarify whether you've subscribed AVG through Play store or our official website.
Still being billed for an old avg protection for xperia. Cannot locate this subscription anywhere on my account to cancel or stop payment. Can not locate in play store on my phone either. Tried downloading app again and tried the restore method to access account but says no account found?
