Can't cancel avg subscription

please give me a refund! i pressed to cancel my subscription and still didn't get it! i don't use it and i don't want to be charged further more :( it was less than a month (in fact the same day i had canceled it) and it still has been less than a month and nothing has happened and i still don't know if the cancelation went through. please email me hannahlck39@gmail.com and help me out. or at least don't charge me anymore. i think it was just basic protection but it wasn't all i wanted and i paid 38.39$ for it and don't know if i'm gonna get charged every month. it says there's a product that will expire in 2020 so idk if that's it but there's NO cancelation button and it keeps saying We're working on some design changes to your AVG Account. But don't worry, managing your subscriptions will be as easy as ever. Stay tuned! so idk if that has something to do with it but it's been like that for too long come on pls
