i recently purchased a protection subscription. i used the email hannahlck39@gmail.com and there's still something on my account called AVG Secure VPN Multi-device. i already clicked the button to cancel my subscription (it wasn't all what i hoped for) and i still says that AVG Secure VPN Multi-device is on there and will expire next year. is that the subscription and if so why isn't it gone? or if i did
cancel my subscription why haven't i got a refund? will it charge me every month? i purchased it 3 days ago. there's no "cancel subscription" button on my profile ANYWHERE so i hope i did cancel it. but is there a refund? or AT LEAST will it not charge me anymore
