Can't cancel my subscription

Hi,

I haven't used AVG on my devices for a year or two now but noted last year that I was still being billed. I have just received notification that I am about to be billed again. So I logged-in and found to my horror and anger that you were automaticallly renewing TWO policies with the same reference number but with different renewal dates. I managed to unsubscribe one but the other did nothing when I clicked on "Subscribed" - so I therefore can't unsubscribe.

You should be reported for this sort of behaviour - you must have cost me hundreds of pounds unneccessarily.

I'm only going to ask you once - here in print:

Please unsubscribe me from (activation code removed) that takes a payment today 20 Oct 2024 (You only notified me TODAY that you were going to take payment today) Disgraceful behaviour.
