Can't cancel subscription

It's getting really annoying, I can't contact AVG Support because it just says Loading, I left it for an hour as well come back to it still saying "Loading…", I can't cancel my subscription through my account because I did not purchase it when I was signed in, I have the Activation Code can someone explain to me how to cancel it?
